At Bask and Lather Co, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, returns, replacements, and subscriptions.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, high-volume sales events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bask and Lather Co is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Bask and Lather Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages unless Premium Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

Premium Shipping Protection

Customers may choose to purchase Premium Shipping Protection during checkout.

When purchased, this coverage may protect eligible orders against:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Shipping-related damage

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or the date the package was marked as delivered.

All claims are reviewed individually, and Bask and Lather Co reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be:

  • Cancelled
  • Modified
  • Edited
  • Combined with another order

Address changes, item changes, and shipping method changes must be requested before processing begins.

Sale & Promotional Orders

During promotional events, clearance sales, holiday sales, or special campaigns, all orders are considered final once submitted.

No cancellations, modifications, or adjustments can be made during active sale periods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the affected item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box or packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient supporting documentation may not qualify for replacement.

After review and approval, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund requests for delivered products

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Orders already processed or shipped

Replacements

If an order is confirmed as lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrect and qualifies under our review process, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit equal to the purchase value

Replacement eligibility is determined solely by Bask and Lather Co.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount code or promotional offer may be used per order.

Discounts cannot be:

  • Combined with other promotions
  • Applied retroactively
  • Added after checkout is completed

Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments.

If a product goes on sale after your purchase has been completed, we are unable to refund the price difference or apply promotional pricing to previous orders.

All purchases are final at the price displayed at checkout.

Subscription Orders

Subscription services are fully self-managed through your customer subscription portal.

Subscribers may:

  • Pause a subscription
  • Cancel a subscription
  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Change products
  • Update billing information
  • Update shipping information
  • Modify delivery schedules

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To avoid your next recurring charge, subscription cancellations must be completed at least 5 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Subscription Delivery Schedules

Different subscription products may have different delivery intervals, including:

  • Every 30 days
  • Every 60 days
  • Every 90 days

Customers may manage delivery schedules and synchronize subscription shipments through their subscription account portal.
